摘要

胰岛素作为体内维持葡萄糖稳态的重要激素,在糖尿病治疗中至关重要。近年来,随着外源性胰岛素广泛使用,胰岛素过量意外、自杀、他杀案件不断增加。由于胰岛素过量尸体的注射部位难发现、病理征象不明显、死后血中胰岛素降解快及死后的血生化波动大等特点,导致胰岛素过量死亡的法医学诊断极其困难。因此,本文综述了胰岛素过量的原因、致死机制、病理变化、毒化分析和鉴定要点,为胰岛素过量死亡的法医学鉴定提供帮助。

Abstract

Insulin,as an important hormone that maintains glucose homeostasis in the body,is crucial in the treatment of diabetes. In recent years,with the widespread use of exogenous insulin,there has been a constant increase in insulin overdose accidents,suicides,and homicides. The forensic diagnosis of fatal insulin overdose is extremely difficult due to the difficulties in identifying the injection site,the lack of obvious pathological signs,the rapid degradation of insulin in postmortem blood,and the large fluctuation of blood biochemistry after death. Therefore,this article reviews the causes,lethal mechanisms,pathological changes,toxicological analysis,and identification points of insulin overdose,so as to provide help for the forensic identification of fatal insulin overdose.
