摘要

虚拟解剖将现代影像学检查技术引入法医学尸体检验中,从而开创了一种非侵入性和无创或微创的解剖方式。其中,尸体计算机断层扫描(postmortem computed tomography,PMCT),又称死后CT,是虚拟解剖中广泛应用的成像方式。目前,PMCT已经应用于部分的法医学鉴识中,尤其是在火器损伤分析、出血部位识别以及骨折重建等。近年来,随着人工智能算法和图像分析技术的进步,基于PMCT建立的数字化决策模型在死因和成伤机制分析以及死亡时间推断研究中展现出较好的应用前景。本文系统性回顾PMCT在不同死因分析、成伤机制分析和死亡时间推断中的研究进展,展望人工智能在PMCT图像信息解释中的应用前景,为PMCT在法医病理学领域的进一步应用提供方法学上思路。

Abstract

Virtual anatomy refers to the integration of modern imaging technology into forensic autopsy,resulting in a non-invasive or minimally invasive approach to autopsy. At present,postmortem computed tomography (PMCT) is virtual for forensic diagnosis,especially in firearm injury,the identification of bleeding sites,and fracture reconstruction. Recently,with the development of artificial intelligence algorithms and image analysis technology,digital decision-making models based on PMCT have shown considerable potential in the cause-of-death analysis and post-mortem intervals. We also explore the future role of artificial intelligence in PMCT image interpretation,which would provide a new method and shed light on forensic pathology.
