Intelligent medical engineering specialization construction and talent cultivation

Abstract

With the rapid development of "artificial intelligence + medicine", intelligent medical engineering education is developing rapidly in China. Capital Medical University has been approved by the Ministry of Education to open an undergraduate program of intelligent medical engineering in 2024. In this paper, after introducing the situation of the domestic intelligent medical engineering program and the goals and characteristics in each university, we focused on the characteristics of the intelligent medical engineering specialty of Capital Medical University, construction of the curriculum system, and practical and innovative talent cultivation initiatives. We aimed to provide a reference for the construction of intelligent medical engineering specialty and talent cultivation.
