The intersection of multidisciplinary knowledge and technology plays a crucial role in addressing major scientific problems, necessitating the development of interdisciplinary talents. At present, education and teaching in universities are characterized by multi-subject cooperation and multidisciplinary approaches. As a result, interdisciplinary graduate teams have emerged as a necessary response to the demands of the times, becoming a new form of scientific research organization. However, challenges persist in terms of managing these teams, handling teaching staff, and defining training objectives. Therefore, it is imperative to explore and establish a more comprehensive model for integrated teaching, training, and management. This paper aims to delve into the meaning and significance of interdisciplinary postgraduate teams, analyze prevailing management issues, and propose effective strategies and training objectives based on practical considerations.
