This paper is oriented to national qualification examination for medical practitioners, using the KaoYi network question bank and examination evaluation system, from the construction of the content and type of the test bank for the construction of the medical immunology network test bank. The total volume of questions in the test bank reaches more than 2,400 questions at present, which is gradually applied to the examination of medical immunology. According to test scores of students majoring in clinical medicine and preventive medicine, the difficulty, differentiation, credibility and other indexes were used to evaluate the quality of the test paper and analyze the teaching effect.
