三轨教学模式联合多媒体课件在肿瘤免疫教学中的应用

三轨教学模式联合多媒体课件在肿瘤免疫教学中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨“传统授课法+以案例为基础的教学法+以问题为基础的教学法”三轨教学模式联合多媒体课件在肿瘤免疫教学中的效果。 方法 以132名首都医科大学本科生为授课对象,分为试验组(85名)和对照组(47名)。试验组采用三轨教学模式联合多媒体课件进行教学,对照组采用传统授课法进行教学。通过考试和问卷调查对教学效果进行评价。 结果 试验组考试成绩高于对照组,优秀率也高于对照组(P<0.001)。此外,试验组问卷调查结果显示,分别有97.5%、93.8%和95.1%的学生对三轨教学模式联合多媒体课件在肿瘤免疫课程的教学内容、培养临床思维能力和教学效果表示满意。 结论 与传统教学法相比,三轨教学模式联合多媒体课件在肿瘤免疫的教学效果更好,可以提高教学质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of "lecture-based learning+case-based learning+problem-based learning" three-track teaching method combined with multimedia courseware in tumor immunology. Methods A total of 132 undergraduates from Capital Medical University were included, and divided into experimental group (85 students) and control group (47 students). Three-track teaching method combined with multimedia courseware was used in the experimental group while lecture-based learning was used in the control group. The test and questionnaire survey were performed to evaluate teaching effectiveness. Results Both the test score and the proportion of excellent students were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group (both P<0.001). Furthermore, a questionnaire survey performed in the experimental group showed that satisfaction rate of the students on the contents, clinical thinking cultivation, and teaching effectiveness for three-track teaching method combined with multimedia courseware in tumor immunology were 97.5%, 93.8%, and 95.1%, respectively. Conclusion Compared to lecture-based learning, three-track teaching method combined with multimedia courseware has a better teaching effectiveness in tumor immunology, and can improve the teaching quality.
