3D打印机喷头注塑成型方案设计与工艺优化
Design and Process Optimization of Injection Molding Scheme for 3D Printer Nozzle
对3D打印机喷头注塑成型过程进行模拟并分析其注射口的圆柱度。初始工艺下的注射口圆柱度为4.764 7 mm,超出设计指标要求。通过正交试验得到工艺参数对注射口圆柱度的影响程度及优化的工艺参数组合。优化工艺参数为注射时间0.8 s、保压时间10 s、模腔温度140 ℃、熔体温度330 ℃。工艺优化后注射口的圆柱度降低至3.306 4 mm,优化率达30.6%,达到设计要求。基于优化工艺的试模样品的外观状态及圆柱度测试结果均满足要求,验证了优化工艺的可行性。
The article simulated and analyzed the cylindricity of the injection port during the injection molding process of a 3D printer nozzle. The cylindricity of the injection port under the initial process was 4.764 7 mm, which exceeded the design specifications. The influence of process parameters on the cylindricity of the injection port and the optimized process were obtained through orthogonal test. The optimized process parameters were injection time of 0.8 s, holding time of 10 s, mold cavity temperature of 140 ℃, and melt temperature of 330 ℃. The cylindricity of the injection port optimized by the process was reduced to 3.306 4 mm, with an optimization rate of 30.6%, meeting the design requirements. The appearance status and cylindricity test results of the trial mold samples based on the optimized process meet the requirements and verify the feasibility of the optimized process.
