摘要

随着生物医药行业的飞速发展,对于人才的需求也是日益增加。为了满足这一需求,高校和企业之间的合作育人成为一种趋势。伴随着社会的进步,对于具备真正专业技术的人才需求越来越大。然而,传统的教学模式所培育出来的学生往往难以达到市场的期望。而企业要发展,就需要持续地吸纳新鲜力量,高校学生便是很好的选择。校企联合,既可以优化教学和提高教育培养人才的质量,同时,对企业的进步和发展也是极其有益的,这种“双赢”策略必将在中国蓬勃发展。探究生物医药校企合作培养模式,以期为相关领域的发展提供参考,具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract

With the rapid development of biopharmaceutical industry, the demand for talents is increasing. To meet this demand, cooperative education between universities and enterprises has become a trend. Along with the social progress, there is an increasing demand for talents with real professional skills. However, students trained by traditional teaching mode often fail to meet the market expectations. If an enterprise wants to develop, it needs to continuously absorb fresh talents, and college students are a good choice. The combination of universities and enterprises can not only optimize teaching and improve the quality of education and talents training, but also be extremely beneficial to the progress and development of enterprises. This "win-win" strategy will undoubtedly thrive in China. It is of great significance to explore the cooperative training mode of biopharmaceutical between universities and enterprises. It is also expected to provide reference for the development of related fields.
