本文将高校党建工作深度融入院（系）党组织发展建设，融入教学、科研、学科建设，融入人才精英和管理领跑者建设，以打造党建品牌建设推进院（系）发展，以优化教学、科研和学科建设新渠道推进高校综合实力提升，以提升人才和干部队伍建设水平全面推进队伍素质能力提高，以期为党建引领高校内涵式发展提供参考。
