下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响及热应激的调控作用

摘要

下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴调控着蛋鸡的产蛋量以及产蛋品质,但随着全球变暖,高环境温度使蛋禽产生热应激,进而影响下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴以及其神经内分泌活动发生改变,从而使蛋鸡产蛋量减少,给蛋禽养殖业造成一定的经济损失。目前,国内外学者对于热应激调控蛋鸡下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的研究较少,其中具体机制尚未阐明。本文系统梳理了下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响,以及热应激的调控作用,以期为提高蛋禽养殖提供参考。
