摘要

目的 探讨枣庄黑盖猪遗传性能稳定性,监测枣庄黑盖猪的保种效果。 方法 2022—2023年连续2年对枣庄黑盖猪的繁殖性能、生长发育性能、育肥猪生长发育及肥育性能、屠宰性能、后备猪性能等多项指标进行测定,分析枣庄黑盖猪主要遗传性能变化趋势。 结果 2年度繁殖性能保持稳定,差异不显著;与2022年相比,2023年育肥猪生长发育及肥育性能略有提升,平均日增质量提高13.82 g,料重比降低0.04,但差异不显著;屠宰性能测定方面,枣庄黑盖猪的屠宰体质量、屠宰率、背膘厚、瘦肉率等指标2年变化不明显;后备猪性能方面,仅2023年后备母猪平均日增质量较2022年显著提高,其余指标与2022年相比均差异不显著。 结论 枣庄黑盖猪2年内主要遗传性能保持稳定并略有增长,现阶段枣庄黑盖猪保种效果良好。

Abstract

Objectives The genetic stability of Zaozhuang Heigai pigs was studied to monitor the effect of conserving Zaozhuang Heigai pigs. Methods Indexes including the reproductive performance, growth and development performance, growth and development performance of fattening pigs, slaughter performance, and the performance of reserve pigs of Zaozhuang Heigai pigs were measured for two consecutive years from 2022 to 2023. The changes in main genetic performance of Zaozhuang Heigai pigs were analyzed. Results The reproductive performance was stable within 2 years, with no significant differences. The growth and development, and fattening performance of fattening pigs in 2023 improved slightly compared with that in 2022, with an average daily weight gain increase of 13.82 g and a decrease in feed to weight ratio of 0.04, but the difference was not significant. In terms of slaughter performance, there was no significant change in the body mass of slaughter, slaughter rate, backfat thickness, lean meat percentage, and other indexes of Zaozhuang Heigai pigs within two years. In terms of performance of reserve pigs, only the average daily weight gain of reserve sows in 2023 significantly increased compared to 2022(P<0.05), while other indexes had no significant differences within two years. Conclusions The main genetic performance of Zaozhuang Heigai pigs remained stable and slightly increased within 2 years, and the effect of conserving Zaozhuang Heigai pigs was currently good.
