宠物专业产教融合协同育人机制的构建与实践——以江苏宠物繁育中心为例
The establishment and practice of integrating industry and education to train the talents in pet major:Taking Jiangsu Pet Breeding Center as an example
目的 为推动校政企进行深度融合、协同育人,提高宠物专业人才的培养质量,引领宠物专业群高质量发展。 方法 通过研究探索人才培养模式、基地建设模式和新型专职培训学校转型创新模式3种模式,加强产学研的融合。 结果 通过提高改善宠物专业类课程体系的实用度、加强实践教学和建立协同创新机制,使得学生的实际操作、创新能力更加贴合行业市场发展规划。 结论 随着宠物行业的兴起,构建宠物专业产教融合协同育人机制,推动校政企深度融合,不仅提高了宠物专业人才的培养质量和数量,也为宠物行业及高职教育持续发展奠定了坚实基础。
Objectives A collaborative education mechanism for the integration of pet industry and education was constructed to promote the deep integration among colleges, government, and enterprises, improve the quality of training talents in pet industry, and lead the high-quality development in the field of pet. Methods Three models including the model of training talents, constructing bases, and transforming and innovating new types of full-time training school were studied to strengthen the integration of industry-colleges and universities-research. Results The practical operation and innovation abilities of students were more in line with the market development plan of pet industry by improving the practicality of the course system for pet major, strengthening practice teaching, and establishing a collaborative mechanism of innovation. Conclusions The construction of a collaborative education mechanism for the integration of pet industry and education, and the promotion of deep integration among colleges, government, and enterprises improves the quality and quantity of training talents in pet industry with the rise of the pet industry. It will lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the pet industry and higher vocational education as well.
