云南保山市和德宏州饲料产品中粗蛋白质的检测分析
Detection and analysis of crude protein in feed products from Baoshan City and Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province
目的 为开展饲料质量监督检测,提高其产品质量,保障养殖业效益和畜产品质量安全。 方法 根据历年《云南省饲料产品质量安全监测计划》,2006—2023年持续对服务区域(云南保山市和德宏州)饲料产品监督抽检样品进行检测,依据GB/T 6432—2018《饲料中粗蛋白质的测定 凯氏定氮法》进行粗蛋白质检测。 结果 2016—2023年,共检测云南保山市、德宏州两地饲料产品802批,总体合格率94.5%,粗蛋白质合格率96.4%,粗蛋白质不合格样品数占总不合格样品数的65.9%。不同类型饲料合格率比较:浓缩饲料较配合饲料,猪、鱼饲料较禽饲料质量稳定;两地间饲料产品合格率无明显差异,且稳定在95%左右。 结论 通过持续开展饲料监督检测工作,使两地饲料产品质量稳步提高并维持在较高水平。
Objectives The quality of feed products was supervised and tested to improve quality of feed products and ensure the efficiency of farming husbandry and the safety of livestock products. Methods Continuous supervision and testing of feed product samples in the service areas including Baoshan City and Dehong Prefecture in Yunnan Province was conducted based on the annual "Yunnan Provincial Feed Product Quality Safety Monitoring Plan" from 2006 to 2023. The Kjeldahl method was used to detect the crude protein in feed products according to the GB/T 6432—2018 standard method for the determination of crude protein in feeds. Results A total of 802 batches of feed products from Baoshan City and Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province were tested from 2016 to 2023, with an overall qualification rate of 94.5%, a crude protein qualification rate of 96.4%, and a crude protein failure rate of 65.9%. The quality of concentrated feed was more stable than that of compound feed, and the quality of pig and fish feed is more stable than that of poultry feed. There was no significant difference in the qualification rate of feed products between the two areas, and it remained stable at around 95%. Conclusions The quality of feed products in both areas has been steadily improved and maintained at a high level by continuously carrying out the supervision and testing of feed products.
