复方中草药对育肥猪生长及肉质的影响
Effects of Chinese herbal medicine compound on the growth performance and meat quality of fattening pigs
目的 确定猪饲料中合理的复方中草药配比,提高育肥猪的生产性能和肉质品质。 方法 以杜仲、陈皮、黄芪、白术为中草药饲料添加剂,设置5种搭配比例、依次记为T1、T2、T3、T4、T5,以不添加中草药的基础饲料为对照组,将180头杜洛克×长白×大约克三元杂交猪随机分为6组,每组3个平行,每个平行10头猪,养殖试验60 d。养殖试验结束后测定育肥猪生长及肉质相关指标。 结果 T3组(杜仲∶陈皮∶黄芪∶白术=20∶20∶40∶20)育肥猪的平均日增质量(563.33 g/d)均显著高于其他各组,料肉比(2.38)显著低于其他各组;粗脂肪含量(2.36%)达最高值,胆固醇含量(42.34 mg/100 g)最低,猪肉失水率(32.16%)和滴水损失率(2.70%)最低;T3组育肥猪肉L*值、a*值最高,各组之间b*值无显著差异。 结论 在本试验条件下,育肥猪饲料中最适中草药搭配比例为杜仲∶陈皮∶黄芪∶白术=20∶20∶40∶20,不仅可以提高育肥猪的生长速度,还可以改善育肥猪的肉质。
Objectives The matching ratio of Chinese herbal medicine compound in feed for the growth and meat quality of fattening pigs was optimized. Methods Eucommia ulmoides, dried tangerine peel, Huangqi, and Atractylodes macrocephala were used as Chinese herbal additives in feed. 5 matching ratios( T1,T2,T3,T4,T5)were set. The basic feed without added Chinese herbal medicine was used as the control group, 180 hybrid pigs of Duroc × Changbai × York were randomly divided into 6 groups, with 3 parallel pigs in each group and 10 pigs in each parallel group. The farming lasted for 60 days. The indicators related with the growth and meat quality of fattening pigs were measured after the farming was completed. Results The average daily weight gain(563.33 g/d) of fattening pigs in T3 group (Eucommia ulmoides : dried tangerine peel : Huangqi : Atractylodes macrocephala = 20:20:40:20) was significantly higher than that in other groups, and the ratio of feed to meat (2.38)was significantly lower than thatin other groups. The highest content of crude fat appeared in T3 group(2.36%), and the content of cholesterol was the lowest(42.34 mg/100 g). The lowest water loss rate of fattened pork appeared in T3 group(32.16%), and the lowest drip loss rate was observed(2.70%). The value of L* and a* in the meat of fattening pig in T3 group was the highest, and there was no significant difference in the value of b* between the groups. Conclusions The optimal matching ratio of Chinese herbal medicine compound in the feed for fattening pigs is Eucommia ulmoides : dried tangerine peel : Huangqi : Atractylodes macrocephala = 20:20:40:20 under the conditions of this experiment.
