摘要

目的 探讨血清中ALP测定对犬肿瘤性质的诊断价值研究。 方法 选取2020年6月—2023年6月收集的犬肿瘤病例共20例,分病患(试验组)与正常(对照组),根据视诊、触诊,采用微纳芯全自动动物生化仪测定数据,并进行回顾性分析,再结合X射线透视图分析肿瘤部位和游离状态。 结果 试验组血清ALP的含量比对照组高4~5倍,明显高于对照组(<0.01);X射线透视图显示游离程度不高,粘黏深度不清,肿瘤转移严重,疑似恶性肿瘤,并且预后不良。 结论 犬肿瘤患者的预后判断中,血清ALP的检测有较强的诊断价值,可在小动物临床上进一步推广与应用。

Abstract

Objectives The significance of measuring serum ALP for diagnosing the nature of canine tumors was investigated. Methods A total of 20 canine tumor cases collected from June 2020 to June 2023 were divided into two groups including the patients (experimental group) and the normal (control group). Data were measured and retrospectively analyzed with a micro nano core in the fully automatic animal biochemical instrument based on visual examination and palpation. The site and free state of tumor was characterized with images of X-ray fluoroscopy. Results The content of serum ALP in the experimental group was 4-5 times higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.01). The results of X-ray fluoroscopy showed that there was a low degree of detachment, unclear depth of adhesion, severe metastasis of tumor, indicating that the tumor is malignant and the prognosis is poor. Conclusions The detection of serum ALP has strong diagnostic value in judging the prognosis of canine tumor patients, and can be further promoted and applied in the clinical practice of small animals.
