广东高职畜牧兽医专业育人机制探究——以广东茂名农林科技职业学院畜牧兽医专业为例
The education mechanism of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine major at Guangdong vocational colleges: Taking the animal husbandry and veterinary medicine major at Maoming Vocational College of Agricultural and Forestry Technology in Guangdong Province as an example
目的 为了优化高职教育畜牧兽医人才培养模式,提高职业学校应用型人才的培养质量。 方法 分析广东高职畜牧兽医专业育人机制存在的问题,以广东茂名农林科技职业学院畜牧兽医专业为例探索农林科技职业学院畜牧兽医专业人才培养方案。 结果 通过搭建产教融合平台、深化校企合作、优化人才考评机制等形式,树立“立德树人,德技并修”的育人目标,形成了“产教相融,双能导向,双证并举”的人才培养模式。 结论 该人才培养模式,可为提高广东地区畜牧兽医专业人才培养质量、促进畜牧兽医专业发展、深化校企合作提供理论参考。
Objectives In order to optimize the model of educating animal husbandry and veterinary medicine talents and improve the quality of training applied talents in vocational colleges. Methods The problems in the education mechanism of animal husbandry and veterinary majors in Guangdong vocational colleges were analyzed. The program for educating talents in the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary major was explored by taking the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary at Maoming Vocational College of Agricultural and Forestry Technology in Guangdong Province as an example. Results The education goal of " building morality and cultivating people, emphasizing moral integrity and technical skills " was established by building a platform for integrating industry with education, deepening the cooperation between college and enterprise, and optimizing the mechanisms of evaluating talents. A mode of educating talent with the notion of " integrating industry with education, dual-oriented ability, double certification" form. Conclusions The education model established will provide theoretical reference for improving the quality of educating talents in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in Guangdong region, promoting the development of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine major, and deepening the cooperation between college and enterprise.
