摘要

目的 研究全株玉米青贮饲喂模式,为甘肃省永登县白牦牛育肥技术的提升和农牧业可持续发展提供实际指导。 方法 选择2组白牦牛,所有牛只在试验开始时均为1.5岁,平均体质量约为400 kg,每组15头,以模拟当地农户的典型养殖规模,试验组采用全株玉米青贮作为主要饲料,而对照组则继续使用传统草料,记录2组牛体质量增长、饲料转化率和健康指标。 结果 使用全株玉米青贮的饲养模式显著提高了饲料利用率和肉牛的增质量效率,相较于传统饲喂方法,增质量提升了15%~20%,日均饲料成本降低了5%~8%,潜在收益每月增加了12%~20%,且试验组牛只表现出更好的健康状况。 结论 以全株玉米青贮饲喂模式为核心,优化永登县白牦牛育肥技术,可降低养殖成本、推动当地畜牧业向现代化、高效化转型。

Abstract

Objectives The feeding mode of whole-plant corn silage was studied to provide practical guidance for the improvement of fattening techniques for white yaks and the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Yongdeng County. Methods 2 groups of white yaks were selected to simulate the typical farming scale of local farmers. 15 yaks aged 1.5 years old with an average body weight of about 400 kg at the beginning of the experiment were in each group. The whole plant-corn silage was used as the main feed in the experimental group, while the traditional forage was used in the control group. The growth of body mass, the conversion rate of feed, and health indexes in the two groups of cattle were recorded. Results The feeding mode of using whole-plant corn silage significantly improved the utilization efficiency of feed and the weight gain efficiency of beef cattle. Compared to traditional feeding modes, the weight gain increased by 15% to 20%, the cost of daily feed decreased by 5% to 8%, and the potential income increased monthly by 12% to 20%. The cattle in the experimental group had better health conditions. Conclusions Taking the whole plant corn silage feeding model as the core, Optimizing the fattening techniques for white yaks with the whole-plant corn silage feeding mode as the core in Yongdeng County can reduce the cost of farming and promote the transformation of local animal husbandry towards modernization with high efficiency.
