目的 明确先天性锁肛猪的类型、常规生理生化指标的变化,为后续研究提供基础数据。 方法 对43头先天性锁肛大白猪进行临床诊断或解剖观察来判定锁肛类型,分别在1、10、60、120、180日龄称量5头直肠阴道瘘锁肛猪与正常对照猪(全同胞)的体质量,并比较90、180日龄的血常规和血清生化指标,分析肝、脾、肺、肾、小脑和大脑等6种组织器官的HE切片。 结果 先天性锁肛大白猪存在肛门直肠均闭锁、直肠阴道瘘、直肠尿道瘘和肛门闭锁直肠未闭锁4种锁肛类型;直肠阴道瘘锁肛猪的生长速度与正常对照猪相比无显著差异,血常规数据和血清生化结果未表现出显著差异,组织切片学结果显示未表现出明显的病理性变化。 结论 直肠阴道瘘锁肛猪生长速度、血液生理生化指标和组织切片与正常对照猪相比均无显著差异,不存在健康不良状况。
Objectives The types of pigs with congenital anal atresia and the changes in hematological parameters and biochemistry parameters were clarified to provide basic data for subsequent studies. Methods Clinical diagnosis or anatomical observation were conducted on 43 large white pigs with congenital anal atresia to determine the types of anal atresia. The body weight of 5 pigs with rectal-urethral fistula and 5 normal control pigs (all siblings) at the ages of 1, 10, 60, 120, and 180 days was measured. The hematological parameters and biochemistry parameters at 90, 180 ages were compared. HE slices of six tissues and organs, including liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, cerebellum, and brain were analyzed. Results There were four types of large white pigs with congenital anal atresia including anus atresia without rectal atresia, rectal-urethral fistula, rectovaginal fistula and rectal atresia. There was no significant difference in growth rate between the pigs with rectal-urethral fistula and the normal control pigs. The results of hematological parameters and biochemistry parameters did not show significant differences. The results of tissue slices showed no significant pathological changes. Conclusions There were no significant differences in growth rate, hematological parameters and biochemistry parameters, and tissue slices between the pig with rectal-urethral fistula and the normal control pig, indicating that there are no adverse health conditions.
