摘要

采用纳米银作为抗菌剂,球形二氧化硅(SiO2)微粉和耐磨滑爽剂作为肤感助剂,优选两种聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV树脂组合物作为黏接树脂,制备抗菌肤感涂料。用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)膜作为基膜,将肤感涂料涂布在基膜表面,制备肤感装饰膜,研究UV树脂组合物对肤感涂层性能的影响,球形SiO2微粉对肤感效果的影响,纳米银对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌的抑制效果。结果表明:UV树脂组合物w CN8007NSw Agisyn2423为25∶75时,肤感涂层的铅笔硬度、耐磨次数和附着力表现出优异的性能;球形SiO2微粉的质量分数为10%、耐磨滑爽剂质量分数为0.3%时,肤感涂层具有优异的亲肤滑爽的手感;纳米银质量分数为2%时,肤感涂层具有优异的抗菌效果。

Abstract

An antibacterial skin sensation coating was prepared by using nano silver as antibacterial agent, spherical silica (SiO2) powder and wear-resistant sliding agent as skin sensation additives, and two polyurethane acrylate UV resin compositions were selected as bonding resins. Using polyethylene terephthalate 1,4-cyclohexane dimethyl ester (PETG) film as the base film, a skin sensitive decorative film was prepared by coating on the surface of the base film. The effect of UV resin composition on skin sensation coating properties, the effect of spherical SiO2 powder on skin sensation, and the inhibitory effect of nano silver on Escherichia coli and staphylococcus were studied. The results show that when the UV resin composition w CN8007NSw Agisyn2423 is 25∶75, the pencil hardness, wear resistance and adhesion of the skin sensation coating show excellent performance; When the proportion of spherical SiO2 powder is 10% and the proportion of wear-resistant agent is 0.3%, the skin-sensitive coating has an excellent skin-friendly smooth hand feel. When the proportion of nano-silver is 2%, the skin sensitive coating has an excellent antibacterial effect.
