抗老化PP复合管材的制备及性能研究
Study on Preparation and Properties of Anti-Aging PP Composite Pipes
在聚丙烯(PP)材料中加入聚烯烃弹性体POE制备PP复合材料,探究不同POE含量对PP复合材料各项性能的影响。结果表明:在材料的力学性能方面,拉伸强度随着热塑性弹性体POE含量的增加而减小,断裂伸长率、弯曲强度和冲击强度随着热塑性弹性体POE含量增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势。由于填充剂的加入,复合材料具有良好的热稳定性,并在POE质量分数为6%时达到最大值,力学性能也达到最优。在老化测试后,相比纯PP材料,PP复合材料也能够保持其优异的力学性能。因此,制备的PP复合材料能够用于建筑给水。
The polyolefin elastomer (POE) was added to polypropylene (PP) to prepare PP composites, and the influence of different POE content on the properties of PP composites was explored. The results show that in terms of the mechanical properties of the material, the tensile strength decreases with the increase of POE content of the thermoplastic elastomer, while the elongation at break, bending strength and impact strength increase first and then decrease with the increase of POE content of the thermoplastic elastomer. Due to the addition of the filler, the composites have good thermal stability and reach the maximum value when the mass fraction of POE is 6%, and the mechanical properties are also optimal. After aging, compared with pure PP materials, PP composites can also maintain their excellent mechanical properties. Therefore, the prepared PP composites can be used in building water supply.
