Model Design of Injection Mold for Walkie Talkie Shell Based on Four Side Lateral Core Pulling Mechanism and Inner Core Pulling Mechanism
文章以对讲机外壳注塑模设计为研究对象,分析对讲机外壳注塑模具的产品,研究了抽芯模块的结构。采用一模一腔设计,设计四面侧向抽芯机构和内侧抽芯机构。抽芯机构包含一个滑块和1~2个斜导柱,滑块内部设计依据产品外侧特征的斜顶结构,以满足日常生产需求。该模具适用于对讲机外壳的生产,通过对抽芯机构的创新设计,提高了模具的功能性和生产效率。
This paper takes the design of the injection mold of the walkie-talkie shell as the research object, analyzes the products of the injection mold of the walkie-talkie shell, and studies the structure of the core pulling module. Adopting a one-mold and one-cavity design, the four sided lateral core pulling mechanism and the inner core pulling mechanism are designed. The core pulling mechanism includes a slider and 1~2 inclined guide pillars, and the internal design of the slider is based on the sloped roof structure of the outer characteristics of the product to meet the daily production needs. The mold is suitable for the production of walkie-talkie housing, and the functionality and production efficiency of the mold are improved through the innovative design of the core pulling mechanism.
