Abstract

Graduation design (thesis) plays a crucial role in professional talent cultivation, significantly impacting students’ academic performance, graduation eligibility, and degree attainment. Additionally, it contributes to developing students’ ideological qualities, work attitudes, professional conduct and comprehensive competencies. Similar to classroom teaching, graduation thesis requires scientific management to ensure quality. In the digital era, the deep integration of digital technology with the management of undergraduate thesis in continuing education is essential for maintaining quality. Shenyang Pharmaceutical University has established and implemented a quality management system for undergraduate thesis supported by digital technology, strengthening comprehensive quality management, enhancing administrative efficiency, optimizing resource utilization and promoting student development with a student-centered approach.
