How to cultivate top-tier innovative talents in pharmacy is crucial for the development of the pharmaceutical industry. Local applied colleges are the backbone of higher education in China. Compared with high-level research universities such as "211", "985", and "Double First-class", they have significant disadvantages in terms of faculty strength, educational resources, and platform construction. The challenge is how to combine local characteristics with regional advantages to enhance strengths and compensate for weaknesses.
