Abstract

Food chemistry is a basic course with wide application and comprehensive ability. It plays an important role in talent cultivation in the food industry. Integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum is a crucial way to implement the principles of moral education in colleges and universities. It is also an effective measure to implement the Party 's education policies by deeply exploring the ideological and political elements in food chemistry and integrating them into daily teaching. According to the characteristics of food chemistry course, following the principle of combination of teaching and learning, this paper explores the significance of integrating ideological and political education into the course, and discusses the ways to achieve this integration through optimizing the faculty, teaching methods and evaluation methods. Moreover, it provides specific practical approaches to promote the comprehensive development of students and cultivate high-quality talents for enterprises and society.
