[目的]为了了解致病性嗜水气单胞菌的耐受性调控机制。[方法]根据GB T18652—2002《致病性嗜水气单胞菌检验方法》从病鱼病灶上分离获得致病性嗜水气单胞菌,进行耐盐、耐酸碱、耐药性试验及不同环境影响下该菌的菌体蛋白提取,并对差异蛋白进行质谱鉴定。[结果]该致病性嗜水气单胞菌在35‰盐度和pH=6的环境下增长快;对喹诺酮类药物最为敏感,对磺胺类和氯霉素类抗生素具有耐药性;对35~73 ku处有明显变化的条带进行蛋白分离,质谱鉴定为HSP60。[结论]该菌的HSP60蛋白受盐度和酸碱度影响,参与耐受性调控。
