Abstract

Objectives This paper aims to explore the potential impact of the new Food Security Law of the People's Republic of China on reducing the cost of pig feed production. In view of the important proportion of feed cost in the total cost of pig production, this study aims to analyze its positive impact on feed cost control from a legal perspective. Methods Starting from four dimensions, this study analyzed in detail the effects of the law related to cultivated land protection, grain production, grain reserve and grain processing on the feed production cost. Through the evaluation of the specific content and implementation effect of these laws, the possibility of reducing the production cost of live pig feed is deeply analyzed in this study. Results After comprehensive analysis, we believe that the Food Security Law of the People's Republic of China has potential significance in the aquaculture industry. Especially in the practical application of reducing the production cost of live pig feed, the relevant provisions of the law can exert the influence of foresight, gentility, depth and linkage. These impacts will not only help reduce feed costs, but also have a positive role in promoting the sustainable development of feed and pig farming industry chain and related enterprises. Conclusions "Pig food security in the world", this study reveals the positive role of Food Security Law of the People's Republic of China in reducing the cost of pig feed production. This not only provides new legal support for the aquaculture industry, but also provides useful reference and attention for the development of related enterprises and industrial chains.
