Objectives In order to accelerate the mark licensing and promotion application of production materials and feed for green food and promote the high-quality development of farming industry for green food in China. Methods The problems in the development of production materials and feed for green food were analyzed by reviewing the system of mark licensing, significant features, working situation and development models of production materials and feed products for green food. The new paths and models of developing production materials and feed for green food under new situation were explored and proposed. Results Efforts were needed to be made in the identification of green production materials and raw materials of feed, the construction of standard systems, the efforts of promotion and application, the building and breeding of brand, and the research and development of feed technology in order to accelerate the development of production materials and feed industry for green food. Conclusions The promotion and application of labeling production materials and feed for green food can not only meet the development needs of green food and animal husbandry, but also provide strong guarantees for ensuring the effective supply of green and high-quality agricultural products in China and supporting the green development of agriculture.
