Abstract

Objectives The programs to cultivate high-level talents through cooperating vocational college with enterprise were studied by utilizing the advantages of cooperation between college and enterprise in cultivating high-level talents to cultivate high-level talents that meet social needs. Methods The College of Animal Science and Technology from Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical University was used to collaborate on developing educational program for talent and plans for teaching, and adjust the contents of teaching. The teaching resources were optimized through the cooperation between college and enterprise to make the teaching resources keep up with social needs. The humanistic qualities of students and qualified workers were jointly cultivated. Results Vocational college cultivated students with high-quality through cooperating vocational college with enterprise. The extracurricular learning outcomes of students were expanded and teaching quality was improved. Conclusions Vocational college can effectively improve teaching quality and cultivate high-level talents through cooperating college with enterprise.
