Innovation and practice of the teaching pattern of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine major in higher vocational education under the background of the new era
Objectives The innovation and practice of the teaching pattern of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine major in higher vocational education were studied to better adapt to the technological innovation and changes in talent demand in the animal husbandry and veterinary industry. Methods The contents of course were dynamically adjusted by analyzing the developing trend of industrial technology. The input of practical teaching resources was increased. The integration of industry, academia, and research was strengthened. Results The practical operation and innovation abilities of students were significantly improved by regularly revising the system of curriculum, strengthening the teaching of practice, and establishing mechanisms of collaborative innovation. Conclusions The innovation and practice of the teaching pattern of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine major in higher vocational education under the background of the new era can not only meet the technological and talent needs of the industry, but also promote the close integration of education and industry, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the animal husbandry and veterinary medicine industry.
