贵阳地区奶牛繁殖障碍疾病病原血清学调查研究
Serological investigation of pathogens causing reproductive disorders in dairy cows in Guiyang area
目的 为调查贵阳地区奶牛6种繁殖障碍疾病相关病原的流行情况。 方法 采集2023年贵阳市清镇市、修文县、开阳县5个奶牛场500份奶牛血清样本,采用虎红凝集试验、皮内变态反应和ELISA试验对奶牛6种繁殖障碍疾病病原抗体进行检测和分析。 结果 500份样本中,6种病原抗体阳性率为46.8%,抗体阳性率由高到低分别是牛病毒性腹泻病毒阳性率为31.6%、弓形虫阳性率为23.0%、牛鼻气管炎病毒阳性率为19.6%、牛白血病病毒阳性率为7.2%、牛结核分枝杆菌阳性率为0.4%,未检测到布鲁氏杆菌。混合感染抗体阳性率中,2种病原混合感染抗体阳性率最高为16.6%,其中牛病毒性腹泻病毒和弓形虫混合感染的阳性率最高为6.4%;3种病原混合感染阳性率为7.0%;4种病原混合感染阳性率为1.4%。 结论 贵阳奶牛养殖地区均出现不同繁殖障碍相关病原感染的情况,主要以混合感染为主。在奶牛养殖过程中,要加强对以上病原的检测和净化,并采取相应的防控措施。
Objectives The prevalence of 6 kinds of reproductive disorders related pathogens in dairy cows in Guiyang area was investigated. Methods Serum samples of 500 dairy cows from five dairy farms in Qingzhen City, Xiuwen County, and Kaiyang County in Guiyang City in 2023 were collected. The Rose Bengal plate agglutination test, intradermal allergy test, and ELISA test were used to detect and analyze pathogenic antibodies against six reproductive disorders in dairy cows. Results The positive rate of antibodies against 6 pathogens was 46.8% in 500 samples. The positive rate of antibody against bovine viral diarrhea virus, Toxoplasma gondii, bovine rhinotracheitis virus, bovine leukemia virus, and bovine tuberculosis bacillus was 31.6%, 23.0%, 19.6%, 7.2%, and 0.4%, respectively. No brucella was detected. The highest positive rate of two pathogens in the mixed infection of antibody was 16.6%, among which the positive rate of mixed infection of bovine viral diarrhea virus and Toxoplasma gondii was 6.4%. The positive rate of mixed infection of three pathogens and four pathogens was 7.0% and 1.4%. Conclusions There were cases of pathogenic infections related to different reproductive disorders in the dairy farming areas of Guiyang, mixed infections as the main case. It is necessary to strengthen the detection and purification of the pathogens mentioned above, and take corresponding measures of prevention and control in the process of farming dairy cows.
