不同品种饲用油菜的适应性及营养成分研究

摘要

目的 研究不同品种饲用油菜(饲油1号、15-P15、金油158、12-P38、华协11、华油杂62)在不同土壤条件下的株高、干物质及营养成分变化,筛选出适合本地区不同土壤条件的饲用油菜品种。 方法 根据不同土壤特性,分别选择中性土地、碱性土壤、风沙土地进行油菜品种种植试验,测定饲用油菜株高、干物质含量、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维,分析其生物特性和营养成分与土壤条件的相关性。 结果 不同土壤条件下,油菜株高以华油杂62最高,在中性土壤中为145 cm,在碱性土壤中为142 cm,在沙化土壤中为137 cm。不同品种间油菜干物质,在中性土壤中以华油杂62最高,为70.36%;在碱性土壤中以华油杂62最高,为69.25%;在沙化土壤中以华协11最高,为69.18%。油菜粗蛋白含量,在中性土壤中以华油杂62最高,为3.57%;在碱性土壤中以华油杂62最高,为3.14%;在沙化土壤中以华协11最高,为2.84%。不同品种间中性洗涤纤维含量,在中性土壤中以华油杂62最高,为85.06%;在碱性土壤中以华油杂62最高,为84.31%;在沙化土壤中以华协11最高,为82.57%。在3种土壤条件下,华油杂62、华协11的株高及营养成分均较高。 结论 在吉林西部地区的碱性土壤和沙化土壤中华油杂62及华协11均具有较好的适应性,可以在吉林西部种植。

Abstract

Objectives 6 rapeseed varieties including Shiyou 1, 15-P15, Jinyou 158, 12-P38, Huaxie 11, and Huayouza 62 were used to study the changes in plant height, dry matter, and nutrient composition under different soil conditions to screen suitable rapeseed varieties for different soil conditions in the local area. Methods The neutral soil, alkaline soil, and sandy soil were selected to plant rapeseed varieties according to soil characteristics. Measure The plant height, the content of dry matter, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber, and acidic detergent fiber of rapeseed were measured. The correlation between its biological characteristics and nutritional components and soil conditions was analyzed. Results The plant height of Huayouza 62 was the highest under different soil conditions, which was 145 cm in neutral soil, 142 cm in alkaline soil, and 137 cm in sandy soil. The content of dry matter in Huayouzao 62 in neutral soil was the highest (70.36%). The content of dry matter in Huayu Zao 62 in alkaline soil was the highest (69.18%). The content of crude protein in Huayouzao 62 in neutral and alkaline soil was the highest (3.57% and 3.14%). The content of crude protein in Huaxia 11 in sandy soil was the highest (2.84%). The content of neutral detergent fiber in Huayouzao 62 in the neutral and alkaline soil was the highest (85.06% and 84.31%). The content of neutral detergent fiber in Huaxia 11 in sandy soil was the highest (82.57%). The plant height and nutrient content of Huayouza 62 and Huaxie 11 under the three soil conditions were higher. Conclusions Both Huayouza62 and Huaxie 11 have good adaptability in alkaline and sandy soil in western Jilin, and can be planted in western Jilin.
