摘要

目的 为在《动物微生物》课堂更加有效地开展课程思政,实现价值塑造、能力培养和知识传授的高度融合。 方法 《动物微生物》课程根据行业需求、学院办学宗旨、课程特点及《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》的要求,制定课程思政目标;组建由校内老、中、青专任教师、企业实践指导教师、行业专家及思政课教师组成的课程思政教学团队;开展“岗课赛证思”四融五体教学模式,进行全员、全方位、全过程思政育人;实施以学生为主体、教师为主导、思政融入的线上线下混合式教学,课后进行多元化教学效果评价。 结果 《动物微生物》课程思政教学改革在实践过程中形成了显著成果,毕业生就业率达到 99%,教学团队原创开发了“岗课赛证思”在线精品课程数字资源;学生近3年在全国技能大赛、“青创北京”“挑战杯”首都大学生创新创业计划大赛、中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛中多次获奖。 结论 《动物微生物》课程思政实现了知识传授、能力培养和价值引领的高度融合,提升了育人效果,提高了人才培养质量。

Abstract

Objectives The value education in the course of Animal Microbiology was effectively conducted to realize a high integration between molding value, training ability, and imparting knowledge. Methods The objectives of value education in the course of Animal Microbiology were formulated based on the requirements from the industry, the purpose of the education, the characteristics of the course and the guidelines for value construction in the colleges and universities. A teaching team of value education in the course of Animal Microbiology consisted of full-time teachers aged at senior, middle, and junior on campus, enterprise practice instructors, industry experts, and teachers of value education courses was established. The "Four Integration and Five Body" teaching mode of "on-the-job course competition, certification and value education" was conducted to educate students in terms of all staff, all aspects, and the entire process. The student centered, teacher led, and value education integrated online and offline blended teaching was practiced. The effectiveness of teaching was multiply evaluated after class. Results The reform of value education in the course of Animal Microbiology achieved remarkable results in practice. The employment rate of graduates reached 99%. The teaching team originally developed the digital resources for the elite online course named as "Job-Course-Competition-Certificate-Thinking". Students won many awards in the National Skills Competition, the Beijing Youth Innovation Competition, the "Challenge Cup" Capital Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan Competition, and the China International "Internet plus" Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in recent three years. Conclusions The value education in the course of Animal Microbiology realized the high integration of imparting knowledge, training ability, and value driven, which improved the effectiveness of education and enhanced the quality of training talent.
