Preparation of Antibacterial Skin Sensation Coating and Its Application in Decorative Film
An antibacterial skin sensation coating was prepared by using nano silver as antibacterial agent, spherical silica (SiO2) powder and wear-resistant sliding agent as skin sensation additives, and two polyurethane acrylate UV resin compositions were selected as bonding resins. Using polyethylene terephthalate 1,4-cyclohexane dimethyl ester (PETG) film as the base film, a skin sensitive decorative film was prepared by coating on the surface of the base film. The effect of UV resin composition on skin sensation coating properties, the effect of spherical SiO2 powder on skin sensation, and the inhibitory effect of nano silver on Escherichia coli and staphylococcus were studied. The results show that when the UV resin composition w CN8007NS∶w Agisyn2423 is 25∶75, the pencil hardness, wear resistance and adhesion of the skin sensation coating show excellent performance; When the proportion of spherical SiO2 powder is 10% and the proportion of wear-resistant agent is 0.3%, the skin-sensitive coating has an excellent skin-friendly smooth hand feel. When the proportion of nano-silver is 2%, the skin sensitive coating has an excellent antibacterial effect.
