随着中药干预疾病的临床效果在全球范围内获得认可，运用现代分子生物学技术深入剖析疾病发生机制、阐明中药干预的作用原理，已经成为中医国际化进程中的关键一环。而在此基础上，结合中西医优势以解决临床问题也成为优势互补的协同型临床干预方案。中西医结合正是在中、西医发展碰撞下应时代而生的专业学科。然而，现阶段中西医结合的人才培养依旧面临诸多亟待解决的问题，通过剖析当前中西医结合研究生培养所面临的困境，针对这些瓶颈问题，提出了从优化课程设置、增加专业职业规划咨询、加强团队导师制建设3个不同维度解决问题并改善现状。同时，深入探讨基础科研训练在中西医结合研究生培养中的重要性，旨在为中西医结合研究生的培养提供新思路，进而推动中医教育实现现代化转型，加速融入国际医学体系，开启中医教育国际化的崭新篇章。

With the global recognition of the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in disease intervention， utilizing modern molecular biology techniques to analyze disease mechanisms and elucidate the scientific basis of TCM interventions has become crucial for the internationalization of TCM. This， combined with the integration of TCM and Western medical approaches to address clinical issues， forms a synergistic intervention model. However， current graduate education in integrated TCM and Western medicine faces significant challenges. This paper examines these issues， including limitations in curriculum design， insufficient career planning support， and the need to enhance the balance between clinical practice and scientific research. In response， it proposes solutions in three dimensions： optimizing curriculum structure， increasing career guidance， and strengthening the team-based mentorship model. Additionally， the paper explores the critical role of foundational scientific research training in this field. These recommendations aim to provide new insights for the development of graduate programs in integrated TCM and Western medicine， promoting the modernization of TCM education， facilitating its integration into the global medical landscape， and opening a new chapter in TCM education’s internationalization.
