《中医内科学》教材编写的质量，在某种程度上能够反映出中医学的发展水平，对全国中医药行业高等教育“十四五”规划教材《中医内科学》（第十一版）编写目标、编写思路与编写特色进行了介绍，重点对教材总论及各论、各章节主要部分的编写内容进行举例说明，强调“正本清源，突出中医特色”“注重病机，淡化分型”编写精神的具体内涵，帮助教学者与学习者进一步“吃透教材”，提高教师教学水平，能够“教得好”；学生熟悉教材核心知识要点，能够“学得好”和“用得好”。

The quality of the Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine textbook reflects， to some extent， the development level of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper presents the objectives， ideas， and unique features of the 11th edition of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine， a national higher education textbook under the 14th five-year plan. Key examples from the general section and main sections of each chapter illustrate the guiding principles： “clarify the roots and emphasize TCM characteristics” and “focus on pathomechanism， minimize differentiation by patterns.” These principles aim to help educators and learners thoroughly understand the material， enhancing teaching quality so teachers can “teach well” and students can grasp the core knowledge， enabling them to “learn well” and “apply effectively.”
