新时代、新形势对于医学院校人才培养工作提出了更高的要求。医学院校在推进形势与政策课程建设的过程中除面临高校普遍存在的共性问题外，还需解决医学生专业培养上的特殊性。因此，为积极响应“大思政课”建设要求，医学院校的形势与政策课程改革必须着力破解观念认识、教学主体、教学内容、教学方法和保障激励等方面的现实困境，以提升课程建设质量和水平，从而达到助力培养德才兼备的高质量医学人才的目标。
