“大思政课”视域下医学院校形势与政策课程建设与改革的路径探索
Exploring the Path of Curriculum Construction and Reform of “Situation and Policy” in Medical Colleges from the Perspective of “Great Ideological and Political Courses”
新时代、新形势对于医学院校人才培养工作提出了更高的要求。医学院校在推进形势与政策课程建设的过程中除面临高校普遍存在的共性问题外,还需解决医学生专业培养上的特殊性。因此,为积极响应“大思政课”建设要求,医学院校的形势与政策课程改革必须着力破解观念认识、教学主体、教学内容、教学方法和保障激励等方面的现实困境,以提升课程建设质量和水平,从而达到助力培养德才兼备的高质量医学人才的目标。
The new era and new situation have put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in medical colleges. The construction of the “Situation and Policy” course in medical colleges not only faces common problems in universities, but also has its own particularity in the professional training of medical students. Therefore, based on the requirements of promoting the construction of the “Great Ideological and Political Course”, the reform of the “Situation and Policy” course in medical colleges must focus on solving the practical difficulties in concept understanding, teaching subjects, teaching content, teaching methods, and guarantee incentives, and improve the quality and level of course construction in order to achieve the goal of helping to cultivate high-quality medical talents with both morality and talent.
