内经课程多元案例教学的运用与思考

内经课程多元案例教学的运用与思考

摘要

目前案例教学法已被广泛运用于内经课程,旨在培养学生理论联系实际的能力。然而,当前教学案例的种类单一,且缺乏针对学生学习兴趣培养和教学对策的研究。结合实际教学经验,分类相关的案例素材,提出要在内经课程教学中融入多元案例的综合运用。多元案例包含学习方法案例、史料挖掘案例、文献校读案例、注家争鸣案例、方药运用案例、理论发展案例、临床运用案例、处方赏析案例8种,以此拓展教学思路,并指出多元案例的运用要在及时了解学生的学习兴趣和接受能力的基础上,注意考虑同期课程开设的影响、设计案例遴选运用的场景、深思能力培养贯通的问题,从而提高内经课堂教学的时效性,激发学生顺利学习并运用经典的动力。

Abstract

The case-based teaching method has been widely adopted in courses on Huangdi's Cannon of Medicine to enhance students' ability to connect theory with practice. However, current teaching cases are limited in variety, and there is a lack of research on strategies for fostering students' learning interests and refining teaching approaches. Based on practical teaching experience, this paper categorizes relevant case materials and advocates for the comprehensive application of multi-case teaching in Huangdi's Cannon of Medicine. The proposed multi-case approach consists of eight types: learning method cases, historical material excavation cases, literature reading cases, scholarly debate cases, herbal medicine application cases, theoretical development cases, clinical application cases, and prescription analysis cases. This approach aims to broaden instructional strategies and emphasizes the need to consider students' learning interests and capacities, the influence of concurrent courses, the design of appropriate scenarios for case selection, and the integration of critical thinking skill development. Ultimately, this method enhances the effectiveness of classroom teaching, motivating students to study and apply the classics with greater proficiency.
