五育融合视域下药用植物学野外实习创新模式探究
Exploration of teaching models for field practice in medicinal botany from the perspective of five education integration
教育的核心使命在于“立德树人、教书育人”,而课程思政则是实现这一使命的关键策略。将思政元素深度融入专业课程之中,使学生在掌握专业知识与技能的同时,自然而然地增强思政素养,塑造高尚品德,构成了推行课程思政的有效路径。药用植物学的采药实习环节,正是践行“立德树人、教书育人”课程思政的沃土,据此提出基于“一采四修”的野外实践教学创新模式。该模式分为4个模块,每个模块制定了具体的实施方案、评价方案及针对的培养目标,评价体系中包括对技能、思政、素质、劳动和美育的评价要素;而培养目标包括技能目标、思政目标、素质目标、劳动目标和美育目标。通过此模式的实践,为培养既有坚定理想信念,又有过硬本领的中医药专业人才奠定了坚实的基础。
The fundamental mission of education is to cultivate morality and nurture talent, with course-based ideological and political education being a key strategy for achieving this mission. Integrating ideological and political elements deeply into professional courses allows students to naturally enhance their moral qualities while mastering professional knowledge and skills. The field practice in medicinal botany provides fertile ground for implementing such education. Based on this, a new field practice teaching model called “one acquisition and four cultivation” is proposed. This model is divided into four modules, each with specific implementation plans, evaluation criteria, and targeted training objectives. The evaluation system includes elements related to skills, ideological and political education, personal qualities, labor, and aesthetic education. The training objectives encompass skill development, ideological and political growth, quality improvement, labor education, and aesthetic appreciation. The application of this model lays a solid foundation for cultivating traditional Chinese medicine professionals with both firm ideals and exceptional skills.
