肠道内环境稳态对高尿酸血症及尿酸性肾病调控的研究进展
Research progress on the regulation of intestinal homeostasis on hyperuricemia and uric acid nephropathy
近年来随着我国居民经济水平的不断提高,高尿酸血症的发病率逐年增高,并且发病人群逐渐趋于年轻化.长期的血清尿酸高不仅极大的增加了痛风发作的风险,还会导致尿酸性肾病等疾病的发生,给人们的正常生活和身体健康带来了极大的负担.尿酸在体内的排泄大部分是通过肾脏完成,小部分由肠道排泄.随着肠道生态系统理论的成熟和肠道工程菌出现,肠道生态系统也被称为了人体健康的“晴雨表”.人体肠道内环境稳态与人体尿酸代谢的相互调控作用也逐渐明朗.因此,综述肠道菌群对高尿酸血症以及尿酸性肾病的双向通道作用,为高尿酸血症以及尿酸性肾病的防治提供新的参考.
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the economic level of Chinese residents, the incidence of hyperuricemia has increased year by year, and the patients gradually tend to become younger. Long-term high serum uric acid not only greatly increases the risk of gout attack, but also leads to the occurrence of diseases such as uric acid nephropathy, which brings great burden to people's normal life and physical health. Most of the excretion of uric acid in the body is completed through the kidney, and a small part is excreted by the intestine. With the maturity of the intestinal ecosystem theory and the emergence of intestinal engineering bacteria, the intestinal ecosystem is also known as the "barometer” of human health. The mutual regulation effect of human intestinal environmental homeostasis and human uric acid metabolism has also gradually become clear. Therefore, this paper reviews the bidirectional channel effect of intestinal flora on hyperuricemia and uric acid nephropathy, and provides a new reference for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and uric acid nephropathy.
